PROCESSES

Cleaning
IMS has the best maintained and monitored five-stage iron phosphate washer in the industry – we prep difficult parts. Clean etched parts mean excellent adhesion. We routinely perform cross-hatch tape tests and single scribe salt spray tests to verify adhesion.

Paint Removal
IMS strips paint utilizing a burn-off oven or a chemical stripping. Media blasting is available.

Powder Coating
Some of the Powder coating materials used at IMS include, but are not limited to:

Batch Capabilities
