 Production Line: IMS utilizes a five stage stainless steel iron phosphate spray washer to provide excellent adhesion between the metal and the coating.
Our capabilities include:
- Powder coating items up to 54” ht. x 42” wd., & up to 10’ lg.
- Powder coating for both large and small runs.
- Powder coating for castings, extrusions, fabrications, and stampings made from cold and hot roll steel, galvanized steel, zinc and aluminum.
 Some of the applications powder coating is used:
- electrical & telecommunications boxes and panels
- office partitions and curtain walls
- displays & exhibits
- aftermarket automotive parts
- industrial & commercial equipment
- many other applications

Our capabilities include:
- 7' wide X 24' long and 1,200 lbs.
- Powder Coating for castings, extrusions, fabrications, and stampings made from cold and hot roll steel, galvanized steel, zinc and aluminum.
