Powder Coating at Imperial Metal Solutions

IMS utilizes a five stage stainless steel iron phosphate spray washer to provide excellent adhesion between the metal and the coating.

Our capabilities include:

Powder coating for items up to 54” ht. x 42” wd., and up to 10’ lg.
Powder coating for both large and small runs.
Powder coating for castings, extrusions, fabrications, and stampings made from cold and hot roll steel, galvanized steel, zinc and aluminum.

Traffics Lights & Electrical Panel Some of the applications powder coating is used:

office partitions and curtain walls
displays & exhibits
aftermarket automotive parts
industrial & commercial equipment
many other applications

IMS also coats bike and car frames and many different components.
